WOW, what a resort!

I enjoyed the energetic animation team SO MUCH. I appreciated the tasty food with many choices. The hotel delivered. The hotel staff were friendly, and it, especially their warm hospitality.
The gym had limited equipment.

The hotel is near the airport, and many attractions are very close too; it was really convenient. The hotel is situated in a good and safe area, SO convenient.

The personnel working at the accommodation were super friendly and helpful ALL the time. The reception staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly; it really set the tone (Ahmed and Ibrahim were fantastic!).

The room was not as soundproof as I hoped. Noise from the hallway and nearby rooms was easily audible (I could hear conversations and doors closing). the gym had limited equipment and some machines were out of order. The selection could be wider to cater to different workout preferences. The air conditioning in the gym was also not working well, the room was quite stuffy. The repair service was also very slow. I reported a broken light in my room, yet it took almost two days for maintenance to address it.

i found the staff very helpful and the selection of food was great (especially the local options). there were different bars available for relaxation, along with daily activities and a very nice enclosed beach area. gamila restaurant had really good food that i enjoyed.
the hotel seemed dated, and my room was quite small with a tiny corner balcony. the main restaurant felt more like a cafe, and i noticed that the food was often cold. this was somewhat disappointing for a supposed five-star experience.

waiter service was available, even though it seemed limited around the beach area because of fewer waiters making consistent contact. the staff generally seemed polite, always trying to assist with requests or questions i had. daily room cleaning was provided.

the hotel had a nice beach area and it was close to the airport, which made transportation quite convenient. the location worked well for tour pickups, providing easy access to organized excursions. it's worth noting a walk to the main center is possible.
